Convential Rates:

15 year Fixed Rate Mortgage:  6.125%

20 year Fixed Rate Mortgage: 6.375%

30 year Fixed Rate Mortgage: 6.625%

 

USDA 100% Financing Rate:

 30 year Fixed Rate Mortgage:  7.125%
